Honestly, it is what keeps me from going here more often. What I typically do is take my family here after our kids are done with soccer down the road at Maidu. Once there, you’ll meet a nice staff with a menu that is unique and rotates. Nixtaco isn’t your average Mexican restaurant. Their menu features a variety of specialty tacos with meat and vegetarian options that you don’t find on most taqueria menus. For that matter, their tacos are more expensive but the flavors and overall deliciousness are worth the extra bucks imo. Additionally, this place features micro-brews on tap and typically offer other special beverages throughout the week.
